Who we are
Price My Project UAE is a trading brand of Precio Mi Proyecto Project Management Services L.L.C, a limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, licence number 1484708, of Office 201–202, Insurance Building, Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you contact us or use our services. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp number, email address.
- Property details: property type, community or building, and whether you live in the UAE.
- Project details: the work you plan, your budget and timings.
- Documents you send us: contractor quotes, drawings, messages and photos. These may include names and details of contractors and other people.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.
- Messages and call notes between you and us.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you book: reviewing your quotes, writing your report, calls and follow-up.
- To take payment and keep financial records.
- To reply to enquiries and complaints.
- To improve our cost data, using anonymised pricing only.
- To send you updates, only if you opt in.
Anonymised pricing data
We keep pricing information from quotes, such as the trade, item, unit, rate, property type and area, to build our cost data. It never includes your name, contact details, address or the contractor's name, and it cannot be used to identify you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data, and we never share your documents or report with contractors, agents or anyone else without your consent. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality terms: an independent quantity surveyor on some projects; software providers for email, messaging, customer records, file storage, website hosting and payments; AI software that helps us read and organise documents (every report is reviewed by us before it is sent); our accountants, lawyers and insurers; and authorities where the law requires it.
Data stored outside the UAE
Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE, for example in the UK, the EU or the United States. We use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Quotes, drawings and reports: 12 months after your report, then deleted.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as UAE law requires.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
- Anonymised pricing data: kept, as it does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it where we don't need to keep it by law, limit or object to how we use it, or stop marketing at any time. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
We keep your data in secure, password-protected systems, limit access to the people who need it, and delete documents on schedule.
Changes
We may update this notice. The latest version is always on this page.
