Do you review apartment renovations?
Yes. We review apartment, townhouse and villa quotes. For apartments we also check the building fit-out approval, the deposit the building asks for and its working-hours rules.
Do you work for contractors too?
No. We only work for homeowners. We take no fees, commission or referral payments from contractors.
I only have one quote. Can you still help?
Yes. We check a single quote line by line against typical Dubai rates, flag what's missing and check the payment terms.
Do you visit the villa?
Not for a Quote Review. It is a desk review of the documents you send. We do not visit site, negotiate, run tenders or certify payments – we keep our advice independent and focused on the quotes.
What do I need to send?
The quotes, plus any drawings or design you have. PDFs, photos or spreadsheets are fine.
How quickly will I get my report?
Within 5 working days of receiving everything, followed by a short call.
